Dr. Joshua Kaye, MD, DABPMR, FAAPMR

Dr Joshua Kaye is a board certified medical doctor specializing in Physiatry (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation).  Dr. Kaye received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.  He then attended medical school at St. George’s University, where he graduated in 2007.

Dr. Kaye completed his intern year in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine – Elmhurst.  Following internship, Dr. Kaye completed a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.  Since completing his training, Dr Kaye has focused his practice on treating patients who suffer from pain, various types of injuries, spine and nerve disorders, and orthopaedic conditions.

Dr. Kaye believes in the multidisciplinary approach.  Therefore, he enjoys working with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, as well as other members of the rehabilitation team to provide optimal results.  In addition to prescribing medications, Dr Kaye provides guidance on ergonomic workplace setup as well as nutrition.  Furthermore, Dr Kaye performs various injections including trigger point therapy to relieve pain, improve function, and accelerate the healing process.

When not in the office, Dr. Kaye enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, as well as Salsa dancing.
